Liat Walker Liat has worked in the legal industry in the areas of property law, banking and finance, and litigation. For the last 11 years Liat has focused exclusively on body corporate law, specialising in the area of body corporate levy recovery. |

Ros Janes Ros was admitted as a solicitor in 1995. Ros is a recognised specialist in the field of body corporate and community title law, having practised in the area for the past 15 years. The primary focus of Ros’ practice is bodies corporate, however she also acts for developers, resident unit managers and lot owners throughout Queensland. Ros wrote the first book on the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 ‘The BCCMA for Everybody’, which was published in 1998. |

Joanne Latimer Joanne was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2001 and practiced in the commercial dispute resolution arena. Joanne was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2004 and has had a successful track record in achieving positive results for the firm’s clients. |

Derrick Cashin Derrick is a Solicitor in the Litigation Department of Success Law. Derrick was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2012, after obtaining dual bachelors in Law and Business Management. In addition to this, Derrick has also completed a graduate diploma in Legal Practice. |
