Ros Janes - Director – Ros’ dedication to the legal industry saw her commence her law degree after working for 15 years, firstly as a secretary and then as a paralegal specialising in property and banking and finance law.  It was Ros’ experience in property law that saw her develop a passion for body corporate and strata title law.  Ros commenced studying for her law degree in 1990 whilst continuing to work part time and was admitted as a solicitor in 1995.  Ros’ previous employers, Cannan and Petersen (now Deacons) and Gadens were instrumental in establishing her legal career, and Teys McMahon then played a significant role in establishing her speciality in body corporate and strata title law which has spanned over 12 years.

Liat Walker - Director – Liat worked for 17 years for national law firm Allens Arthur Robinson in property, banking and finance and litigation.  Liat attributes her knowledge, success and ability to deliver to clients from her training at Allens Arthur Robinson under the direction of some of Australia’s leading lawyers.  Whilst undertaking body corporate levy recovery work at Allens Arthur Robinson, Liat felt that the body corporate industry was in need of a service that specialised in levy recovery for bodies corporate.  Liat established Collect Success in 2003.  Collect Success employs a team of dedicated and legally trained staff.  Collect Success will continue to operate as a division of Success Law enabling it to continue to be fully focused on levy recovery and associated litigation.

Natalie Andersen - Solicitor – Natalie was admitted in 2006 and commenced working for Ros in October 2007.  Natalie assists Ros in all areas of body corporate/strata law and in particular the sale and purchase and assignment of management rights, acting for developers in relation to off the plan contracts and the sale of lots, establishment of schemes, dispute resolution, leasing, conveyancing, wills and power of attorney matters. 

Michelle Badke – Operations Manager – Michelle commenced employment at Allens Arthur Robinson in 1999.  Michelle gained her legal knowledge and experience from working in various legal departments within the firm and more particularly in body corporate levy recovery matters under the supervision of Liat.  Michelle assisted Liat with the set up of Collect Success in 2003.  Michelle is responsible for overseeing all operations in the levy recovery processes and office management and administration.

Bridgette Biscontri – Paralegal – Bridgette commenced employment with Collect Success in 2006.  Bridgette’s experience spans the full gamut of the levy recovery process from the issuing of letters of demand right through to Bailiff sale processes.  Bridgette is at the forefront of dealing directly with sometimes irate non-paying lot owners and defendants.  Bridgette’s calm and encouraging disposition places her in good stead in working in the area of levy recovery and litigation matters.

Katrina Stewart   – Paralegal – Katrina commenced employment with Allens Arthur Robinson in 1996.  Katrina worked in the banking and finance sector and became involved in levy recovery matters in 2001.  After 11 years at Allens Arthur Robinson joined Collect Success in 2007.  Katrina also assisted Liat in 2003 in setting up the debt recovery precedents and continues to play an integral part in the maintaining of precedents in compliance with governing legislation and the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules.
