Ros Janes

Director. Ros was admitted as a solicitor in 1995. Ros is a recognised specialist in the field of body corporate and community title law, having practised in the area for the past 15 years. The primary focus of Ros’ practice is bodies corporate, however she also acts for developers, resident unit managers and lot owners throughout Queensland. Ros wrote the first book on the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 ‘The BCCMA for Everybody’, which was published in 1998. Read more
