Litigation Lawyer

Success Law is a boutique law firm based in West End which specialises in Body Corporate law.  Our firm is committed to providing staff with a supportive and challenging environment where all staff are encouraged to excel and are provided with opportunities to do so.

Due to the expansion of our litigation department we are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years post admission litigation experience and who has a desire to work in the area of Body Corporate law.

The litigation department’s focus is on:

•          Levy recovery
•          Commercial and construction litigation
•          Dispute resolution
•          Building defects
•          Contractual disputes
•          Advocacy

Although hands-on training will be provided with respect to specific Body Corporate legal issues, you will need to have significant knowledge in the above and be an accomplished advocate who enjoys a high volume of work. 

You will be reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director and Senior Associate.  You will also be supported by a professional and experienced paralegal team.
