Ros Janes and Liat Walker, directors of Success Law have worked tirelessly over many years in providing sound advice to bodies corporate, body corporate committees, body corporate managers, resident managers and lot owners on all aspects of body corporate legislation.
Ros and Liat have also sat on the board of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland and are actively involved within the body corporate industry and related associations.

Success Law’s aim is to alleviate wherever possible the stress which can be placed on body corporate managers and committee members in the challenges faced in community living and attempts to resolve all issues to ensure that a harmonious outcome for all concerned is achieved.
Its values also extend to the community and environment. Success Law actively adapts and modifies its processes to reduce carbon imprint, and to enable clients to communicate in ‘green’ mechanisms.
As a responsible corporate body Success Law supports and will continue to support a range of national and local charities and non-profit organisations.
Vision
Success Law’s mission in undertaking and tackling legal issues associated with body corporate law is to ensure an efficient and cost effective service to all persons involved in the industry.
It aims to actively demonstrate leadership within the industry and to support stakeholders and the community at large in working with governing legislation and/or to evolve legislation for the benefit of the industry and community at large.
