It has been noted that the ‘Lot entitlements – 2011 amendments’ fact sheet contained an error relating to the submission period provided under section 385 of the BCCM Act. The error appeared on page 4 under the heading ‘The committee’s responsibility’. The fact sheet has been amended to correctly identify the period as ‘at least 28 days’. Additionally, under the heading ‘Adjustment of contribution schedule for existing scheme to which an adjustment order applies ‘readers are alerted that the information is subject to section 378 of the Act.’
